Welcome to Bluescreen at 25, come and celebrate 25 YEARS of screening YOUR short films with us, at our spiritual home, the Cube!

Tonight we will be screening films from most eras of Bluescreen including from VHS, USB and DVD formats. And the night will look a little something like this....

Part 1 - BS1 - Will begin with an Intro and will feature a documentary made about Bluescreen from 2016, to give you a potted history of all things bluescreen and then we will have a VHS Lucky Dip session, where you, the audience, get to choose what films we screen! Films will be from our early 2000's period, when we were known as The Blue Screen.

Part 2 – BS2 – Will be an Old School Bluescreen Open Screening, harking back to pre-covid days when Films were brought in on the night to screen! So, bring in your Films on USB Sticks - Format wise, film files need to be MP4s and under 1Gb and under 10 minutes. This screening session will only be 45 minutes long, so once we have received 45 minutes worth of films, at the Cube’s Front of House desk, we won’t be able to take anymore. Note: On this occasion potential Filmmakers will need to buy a Ticket before the event.

Part 3 – BS3 – And to finish the evening in the Cinema, we will be selecting some classic films from our huge DVD archive!

Plus we will have Bluescreen Hi-Fi Djs & Guests in the Bar all evening and until late.
