A September return of the night of sumptuous slowness. THE CUBE's Slo-Mo nights are experimental immersive cinematic experiences with a deft twist on the idea of live re-scoring . . . the improvising musicians & live film-maker aren't on the stage, but instead are at the back of the auditorium as, all together, the audience & performers experience the dream-like wonders slowly unfold on the big screen.

Mesmerising visuals come from artist MR_HOPKINSON ( mr_hopkinson's computer owner ) drawing
live from his archives of bespoke slow motion footage, with improvised audio collaboration from electronic wizard TOM BUGS (Bugbrand); enthralling wonder from RASHA SHAHEEN & PAULA HUFTON (Mooz/The Liftmen/Plug 58) and renowned Sound Artist JEM NOBLE (Blackout Arts).

Additional slurred marvels will emerge in the bar from DJ THUNDER KARLSSON (Cleaner Records).

The night will also feature a special screening of a slo-mo BASS CLEF music video by BAFTA-winning film-maker ESTHER MAY CAMPBELL.

So slow, slow good.
