This is a dazzling documentary celebrating the musical world of the Romany gypsies. We follow five famous Romani groups as they tour the USA. The film showcases the work of top international Gypsy performers and interweaves a cultural background of the Romani history through visiting their family homes and witnessing their lives. Filmed, sometimes by documentary icon Albert Maysles, in Spain, Macedonia, Romania and India, with footage from the Gypsy Caravan Tour of Europe and America.
