Mitchell’s first film since the smash hit gender-bending musical ‘Hedwig and the Angry Inch’ follows a similar line to its predecessor in the challenge laid down to audiences in terms of expectations of sexual practice and behaviour. On the surface a light romantic comedy that like so many indies explores the links between a group of friends and their sexual proclivities. The difference? We get to see the sex. Sure to have you leaving the cinema in a plume of steam!
