The original 60s psychedelic firestarter comes to the Microplex to talk and sing his way through the story of The Crazy Life And Times of Arthur Brown.
The 60s pop icon and music legend will be reading from his diaries, interspersed with acoustic music and Polly Marshall narrating his life storm, probing every facet of his complex and fascinating personality. What emerges is not only a portrait of a hell-raiser and pop star, but also spiritualist, free thinker, minister of The Church of Universal Life - as well as notorious outlaw arrested for firearms offences and public nakedness.

From R&B to rock opera and space jams with The Crazy World and Kingdom Come he was way more than just a one hit wonder famous for topping the charts with Fire (over which he is still suing Polydor Records for unpaid royalties). The stories run deep and long with Arthur Brown.
A fascinating, unpredictable counter cultural legend in close
proximity.
