For the second in our MIDNIGHT MOVIE series, come to sunny Florida for a delirious fever dream of booty, bongs, bass, bikinis and guns.
Four bored beautiful (perpetually bikini clad) college students rip off a chicken shack diner so they can go to the infamous Spring Break celebrations. Things start to really warp out when they encounter rapper/gangster Alien, exuberantly played by James Franco.
Director Harmony Korine (Gummo, Julian Donkey Boy), no longer enfant, but still terrible after all these years, splashes the screen in neon until you can't tell whether this 21st century exploitation movie is ironically stupid... or stupidly ironic. Actually, is it ironic at all?
Doors will open at 11pm for drinks with DJ BOOM OPERATER serenading you with tunes from a half forgotten Summer of hedonism ...
